To modify or cancel your booking, email us at book@farocarhub.com with your booking reference number. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at Faro Airport. Full refund of the booking pre-payment will be issued.

How quickly will I receive a response?expand_more

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within a few hours. During peak Algarve travel season (June-September), response times may be slightly longer, but we always respond within 24 hours.
